Return Policy

Returns

As Leighelena is a handcrafted product and made just for you, we want to make sure you are satisfied with your new item. Refunds are granted within 30 days for damaged or defective items if we are unable to provide you with a replacement. For undamaged items we will exchange your item for anything on our website. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

If the merchandise is from our retail stores in Austin or San Antonio, please contact customerservice@leighelena.com for the Austin location or pearl@leighelena.com for the San Antonio location for assistance with items other than Leighelena branded products.

If you receive your item and you are dissatisfied with the size, buckle color, color of the exotic skin/ leather color, those are all things that can be easily fixed or exchanged for another product on the website.

Sale items
All sale items are final purchase and cannot be refunded, only exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for shipping back your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
