Only items that are damaged or defective will be refunded, if we are unable to provide you a replacement. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund for damaged or defective items, only an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you receive your item and you are dissatisfied with the size, buckle color, color of the exotic skin/ leather color, those are all things that can be easily fixed or exchanged for something else. We are more than happy to assist you in being satisfied with your purchase.
All sale items are final purchase and cannot be refunded, only exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for shipping back your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
