For native Texan and current Austinite, Leigh Elena Navarro, pursuing the art of crafting jewelry has been more than just a career goal; it has been a lifetime in the making. Originally from El Paso, Leigh began learning the processes for fusing enamel and glass together at the young age of five from her mother, Susan, a talented enamelist herself.
As Leigh’s passion and experience for hand-crafting jewelry grew, so did her business. Leighelena is not only a jewelry line but a branded retail storefront. Her love of travel and all things “glittery” has help her mold her three Central Texas-based storefronts. Now that she has closed her retail stores, she is thrilled to still get in front of customers and do what she loves most, making beautiful, wearable jewelry.
